What's Included?
Our Preventative Maintenance includes the following services:
- Inspect and light cleaning of the coils
- Check refrigerant to assure proper charge
- Check the pressures
- Check ductwork
- Lubricate motors and bearings as needed
- Test safety controls
- Check condenser drain
- Heater/ AC checked for proper operation
- Clean condensate pan and traps
- Inspect wiring and electrical disconnect
- Inspect breakers and proper voltages
- Record temperature
- Check all registers for proper airflow
- Check thermostat
- Check and document overall unit and ductwork condition (excellent, good, fair poor)
Any additional pulling or cleaning of parts will be extra. Any non-working parts will be an additional cost. Any freon that may be needed will be additional as well. After our technicians check out the entire system, they will let you know of any issues and if repairs need to be made a cost will be given by our Purchasing Department.
