  • Basic Members: If you choose to only have your HVAC system maintained by us, then your benefits only apply to that system, not to anything plumbing-related, and vice versa. (this includes the equipment replacement credit).


  • Enhanced Members: If you need an emergency service work-in, you will not pay an additional work-in fee, unless it is a holiday.


  • Whole Home Members: All diagnostic fees are covered under this plan; excluding any holiday calls.


  • Your equipment credit can be applied to HVAC system, ductwork, mini-split, water heater, encapsulation, dehum, vapor barrier, or halo whole home filtration system.


  • Pricing may vary depending on location of service address.


  • Filter pricing is for standard, non-pleated 1-inch filters; increased pricing will apply to any specialty filter (this includes the filters included with the Whole Home Care plan).


  • Pricing may increase after 1 year.

    1. What is included in the new maintenance memberships?


    Our maintenance memberships now include HVAC maintenance, plumbing inspections, dryer vent cleaning, water heater maintenance, discounts on parts, and priority service. Depending on your plan, you’ll also receive filter delivery options and other exclusive benefits.


    2. How do the plans differ?

    We offer three levels of memberships:

    • Basic Care: Ideal for those seeking essential HVAC and water heater maintenance.
    • Enhanced Care: Includes essential maintenance, an annual dryer vent cleaning, and enhanced discounts and benefits. 
    • Whole Home Care: Our most comprehensive plan, including all services, filter delivery, and same-day service.

    3. Why should I choose a membership plan?

    Our goal with the maintenance program is to keep your HVAC and plumbing running in tip top shape year-round, helping to prevent unexpected issues and costs, while also providing helpful benefits and incentives as a way to thank our loyal customers who believe in and trust us.

    4. How often will my HVAC system be serviced?

    1–2 times per year, depending on your selected plan. Regular maintenance keeps your system running efficiently year-round.


    5. What’s included in the plumbing inspection?

    We check for leaks, inspect your water heater, and ensure your plumbing system is running smoothly.


    6. What is the filter delivery service?

    Our Whole Home Care plan includes up to 8 filters delivered to your doorstep each year. These are high-quality, non-pleated filters. If you need more than 8 filters or specialty filters, customized pricing is available.


    If you are a Basic or Enhanced Care member interested in filter delivery, it's available for an additional annual cost. 


    We will drop off a box of 12 standard filters in each size requested.

    9. Can I pay annually to save money?

    Yes! Annual payments for Enhanced and Whole Home Care plans come with a 5% discount. 


    10. How do I sign up?

    Sign up online, call us, or ask a technician during your next service visit.


    11. Can I cancel or upgrade my membership?

    Absolutely. Contact us to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. But please understand that we are unable to offer refunds or returns on any filters.

    12. Do I need to be an existing customer?

    No! Our memberships are open to everyone in the community.


    13. What areas do you serve?

    We serve all of Berkeley, Dorchester, and Charleston counties. 


    14. What if I have more than 8 filters?

    We offer customized pricing for homes needing 9 or more filters.
